The most popular way to get in to freediving, a fun two day course that helps build confidence and a strong foundation. With dry, confined water and depth training.

3 Day Advanced Course

AIDA level 3 is the first foray in to deep freediving. It expands on level 2 and adds a great deal of detail and theory

4 Day Master Course
